CALL OUTS, MACHINE DROP OFF AND COLLECT , TELEPHONE SUPPORT, REPLACEMENT DESKTOP AND LAPTOP COMPUTERS.
As we now find ourselves in these strange and uncertain times, this page is In relation to any present or future customers requiring my services.
Firstly let me just wish both future and past customers all the best in these uncertain times.
Anybody who wants to book a call for computer repairs, may as normal contact me , but at present though I am still open to visiting people I have to consider each call as and when people ring me. As I am sure you yourself may too be being cautious. If I do visit I would expect of course social distancing, as has been widely reported in the news and media. I try to take the best measures possible to me but to clarify at present I am taking each call as it comes and deciding if I wish to visit.
As a temporary measure in the present climate I am also offering a Telephone Support Call for computer and related issues for home users and small businesses . This would be for a fixed charge and would cover 1 hour 30 mins of my time. Though not all problems can be sorted by phone, some may be possible. Please bear in mind you are paying for my time as with a Telephone Support Call I cannot say what is possible or not possible through Telephone Support until I have spoken to you. I also hold no responsibility of any errors caused by customers. This is purely a service that I am offering due to the present COVID 19 situation.
If you would like to book a call for either a home visit, or Telephone Support, please note payment for Telephone Support is a fixed charge to be paid by bank transfer before any assistance is given, it covers 1 hour 30 minutes and is not dependant of a fix but is the cost for my time. The fixed amount charge will be given if you decide to book a Telephone Support Call.
Please Stay Safe and Healthy.
